WATERMELON BITES WITH HOMEMADE WHIPPED CREAM
These watermelon bites are the easiest dessert recipe i ever made. To make this delicious dessert you need only watermelon and whipped cream. I prefer homemade whipped cream to serve my kid as i can add less sugar or make it sugar free but i like to use honey in the recipe rather than refined sugar. And the most important thing is homemade whipped cream doesn’t contain any strange preservatives. This is why i like to make whipped cream from scratch to serve my kid. Today I served these watermelon bites for Taryn’s afternoon snack and she really enjoyed these.
Ingredients
▶️ watermelon 🍉
▶️ homemade whipped cream
▶️ garnish; edible rose petals, mint leaves, kiwis
How to make homemade whipped cream
Ingredients
▶️ 1 cup heavy cream
▶️ 1 tbsp honey
▶️ 1 tsp vanilla extract
Method
▶️ combine the heavy cream, honey and vanilla extract in the cold bowl.
▶️ Start blending with electronic mixer on low speed and increase to medium and high.
▶️ whisk on high speed until medium to stiff peaks form, about 1 minute. ( do not over beat)
